He asked a specific question to the room.

"Are you contacting clients 1 hour per day everyday to increase your sales and logging this information down on a portal?"

And the answer from the entire room?

Complete Silence.

He then proceeded to share how 1 hour a day doing this will move the ball forward. Regardless if it's sales, sop's or any other business documentation metric. Working on these skills will compound the growth in the long run.
